Hi, my name is Stacy Urbanski. I’m the new nutritionist at Preventative Medical Clinic. I’m looking forward being part of an experienced team who has the common goal of helping patients feel and look better.
I was raised in a farming community on the outskirts of Omaha where I first tilled the soil and learned the empirical value of organic foods. A desire to expand my knowledge lead me to Scottsdale, AZ where I earned my Dietetics Degree from Paradise Valley College, then became credentialed through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I returned to Omaha to practice as a holistic nutritionist with Dr. Patricia Ryan and her team at Whole Health Omaha. Working with patients at Whole Health Omaha expanded my knowledge of healing the body using dietary changes and natural remedies.
My goal at Preventative Medical Clinic is to create a nutrition program customized for each individual patient. I’m passionate about teaching patients the benefits of eating whole foods and incorporating supplements in order to achieve optimal health and weight management.
Nutrition programs are a lifestyle change. This can be an overwhelming concept at first, but change takes time. I believe in setting realistic goals, making a commitment to those goals, and working together to accomplish the goals with patience, compassion, and encouragement.
It’s never too early or too late to reap the benefits of a finding balance in all aspects of your life. I look forward to working with you on the nutritional aspect and on creating a healthier, more energetic you!
