Justin Kohll, R.Ph.

President and Owner of Preventative Medical Clinic

Justin started working in the Kohll family business at age 7. He is proud to be a third generation Kohll family Pharmacist. In 1979, Justin was recruited to join the University of Nebraska swim team. After three years of swimming for UNL, he transferred to Creighton University Pharmacy School. While attending Pharmacy School he swam for C.U and was also the Head Coach.

Following graduation from Pharmacy School in 1985,  Justin’s father – Marvin – recruited him to work in the family business.  During his time in the family business, Justin and his brother started over 15 new divisions of Kohll’s–one of them being Preventative Medical Clinic (PMC) in 2007.

Justin’s vision was to provide the most current age management and aesthetic services to the Omaha community to help patients feel and look their best. He also wanted to provide the most preeminent services with the most advanced trained educated employees. Justin’s experience and expertise has been recognized by the Nebraska Pharmacists’ Association, which honored him with the prestigious Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award in 2009.


Bobbie Vetock, Clinic Manager

Bobbie graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with her Bachelor’s of Science in Fashion Marketing and a minor in Advertising. She is married with four children and many animals!

Bobbie has been at Kohll’s since 2013, when started working at the reception desk as a part time employee and in 2016 took over the role as clinic manager.  She has found her true passion at Kohll’s and loves working in a supportive team environment.  Her favorite thing about Kohll’s is the innovation and continually striving to be the best in the country!


Jen Pierce, RN

Jen Pierce RN, has been a functional medicine nurse since 2010. She is very interested in anti-aging protocols, especially bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. She has seen many patient’s quality of life improve with hormone replacement, including herself. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Jen has also been a certified yoga instructor since 1997.

 


Kristal Rydberg, RN

Kristal has been working in functional medicine since 2013. She is experienced in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, nutritional IV’s, The PMC Diet weight loss program and aesthetic services such as Botox(R), laser treatments, chemical peels and collagen induction therapy (CIT).

Rydberg is currently working on obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing so she can continue her passion for helping people feel better from the inside out.


Pamela Hartnett, APRN, FNP-BC

Pam graduated from Clarkson College of Nursing in 1985 and completed her BSN from Creighton in 2010. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in May, 2015. Hartnett is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Throughout Pam’s career she has been particularly interested in skin care and has a published article on improving skin cancer knowledge in the Journal of Dermatology Nurses Association (JDNA).

Pam offers her patients a variety of services including complimentary consultations for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, many aesthetic treatments and more. Pam’s goal for her patients is to maintain and/or improve quality of life.


Stacy Niemi, MSN, APRN, BC

Stacy Niemi received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Fitness with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of North Dakota and an Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Niemi’s focus has been on health and wellness for over 25 years. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

As a holistic practitioner and wellness advocate, Stacy offers a variety of services. A focal point of her practice is specializing in treating men and women’s hormone imbalances with the use of bio-identical hormones, cellular testing for food and chemical sensitivity and gut health. She assists patients in designing individual weight loss programs well as diagnosing and treating nutritional deficiencies. She incorporates aesthetics such as botox, fillers, and chemical peels to improve overall well-being and self esteem. One of her latest passions is treating chronic and acute pain states with prolotherapy. Stacy’s goal is to keep people healthy, active and prevent the onset of chronic disease.


Michaela Collins, PA-C

Michaela Collins earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in BCMB (Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology), as well as another Bachelor in Science degree in Biology from Drake University. Collins has worked in the medical field for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoys helping others.

Michaela’s primary experience and interest is aesthetics. Collins has extensive, advanced training with injectables such as Botox and fillers, as well as Kybella and laser services. Michaela enjoys researching products and procedures and learning new techniques to improve patient outcomes. She also trains other healthcare professionals in these areas.

Michaela loves helping people put their best self forward through aesthetic services and hormone balancing. It gives her true joy to see how what she does can result in increased self-confidence and improved lifestyles.


Stacy Urbanski, NDTR, Certified Nutritionist

Raised in a farming community on the outskirts of Omaha, Stacy first tilled the soil and learned the empirical value of organic foods. A desire to expand her knowledge lead her to Scottsdale, AZ where she earned her Dietetics Degree from Paradise Valley College, then became credentialed through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

As a holistic nutritionist, Stacy is passionate about teaching how to heal the body using dietary changes and natural remedies to achieve optimal health and weight management.

Stacy enjoys creating customized nutrition programs individualized for each patient. Helping patients set realistic goals, make a commitment to those goals, and work together to accomplish the goals with patience, compassion, and encouragement is the foundation of Stacy’s practice.


Jackie Stoddard, Patient Care Coordinator

Jackie may be the Patient Coordinator, but she does a little of everything at Preventative Medical Clinic. Her favorite part of working at PMC is the relationships she has built with their wonderful patients. Being hands on and helping the providers with procedures is also something she enjoys. Jackie loves everything about aesthetics and cosmetology, especially learning new things! Before PMC, she came from a background of medical assisting and management. Being in the medical field is a passion of hers.

My daughter Makenna keeps her busy outside of the clinic. She is involved in dance and cheer. If not working or at school they are either at a recital or competition. They love to listen to country music or dance to some hop hop! Jackie’s favorite time of year is Fall – She loves Halloween and anything spooky – but, her favorite part of Fall is Husker Football. GO BIG RED!!


Kayla Haney, Patient Care Coordinator

Kayla Haney is responsible for helping our practitioners create the best patient experience. She is a huge girly girl. She comes from a background of cosmetics and loves all things makeup and skin care! Kayal typically will check in and check out patients, make your appointment and answer all your questions about our services. She loves relationship building and working with people.  What Kayla loves most about working at PMC is helping people reach their goals. Her home life keeps jer busy with my husband Josh, son Hudson, and stepsons Clayton and Austin. Kayla’s favorite Holiday is Halloween maybe because her birthday is only a few days before.
