Latest Celebrity Trend: The Vampire Facial

Young woman with red eyes and Vampire Facial written beneath her face

The Vampire Facial was created in 2010 by Dr. Charles Runels, and has since been a popular celebrity trend. You may have seen the Vampire Facial in the media, as it has been performed on many celebrities, making it more demanding now than ever before.

This facial improves the appearance of scars and wrinkles, tightens sagging skin, rejuvenates the complexion, and gives the face a more sculpted look. The Vampire Facial promotes anti-aging collagen, producing continual results even months after leaving the treatment room.

The Vampire Facial is quite unique, and actually uses the patient’s own blood to perform the procedure. The procedure results are similar to the results one finds from dermal fillers, but the Vampire Facial serum is not actually “injected” into the face.

Once the patient’s blood is drawn from their arm, the platelets are then activated and placed back onto the patient’s face with the use of a dermapen. About two teaspoons of blood are taken from the patient for each procedure.

There are multiple benefits from the Vampire Facial. An overall younger appearance will appear in just a few weeks and typically last up to 15 months. Multiple treatments will help speed up the results as well as strengthen the new production of collagen. Clients will see a smoother, softer appearance to the face within a few days.

This latest celebrity trend is virtually painless, and a great alternative to surgery. We are extremely excited to be part of the Vampire Facial, and have already seen quick and amazing results from our very own clients!
